How to get and keep the talent in ITC on the new event CIOnet Spain

The value of organizations relies, in a way, on the value of their employees. Management and efficiency of the company depends on the human talent they own. How can we get this talent? And once we have it “at home”, what can we do to keep it?

Along the morning of December 1st, four professionals in this field will share with us the keys to succeed in this from different points of view; a Talent Manager, a Human Resources Manager, experts from a recruitment company and even a speaker from the 3rd “Best Working Place 2011” company. All of them will tell us about how to manage the talent in ITC.

We will spend that morning debating this fascinating topic with these professionals and we hope to share experiences and worries in this field with the CIOs attending the event.
