Last 14/06/2012, CIONET Spain held the 8th edition of its Advisory Board (AB) meeting, in the offices of MAPFRE in Madrid. It was a very productive meeting, during which we welcomed a new AB member, Silvia Leal, from the IE Business School. Guest speaker on this meeting was Borja Adsuara, General Manager of de Red.es. The objective of his presence was to get a closer collaboration between the private and the public sector. The CIOs from the Spanish AB provided Borja with some valuable examples on how they centraliced their archiquetures. It was a very interesting debate with a lot of concrete actions to get done. Also present at this meeting was Hendrik Deckers, Founder and Managing Director of CIONET, in order to give our AB a wider and full vision of the new CIONET (branding, positioning and developments). In addition, Silvia Leal presented to our AB the new Programa Superior en Gestión de Servicios y Gobierno TI where some of our AB members will collaborate as teachers. The meeting was also focused on the preparation of next CIONET Spain Annual Event, that will be held next 20/09/2012 in Madrid.
