Dorothée joined Microsoft Germany & Switzerland in May 2011. She was previously responsible for the operational IT at AXA Group and served as Deputy CIO of AXA Assistance in Paris.

“You need to be able to partner with the business. So you need to be able to think business and you really need to arrive at the point where the business accepts you as strategic adviser and pairing partner.”
