CIONET would like to thank all its members, partners, suppliers, and staff across Europe for a fantastic 2012! Your continued support of our events, research and publishing initiatives has been invaluable to our continued success. Season’s greetings to you all.

Over the course of this year we have organised 50+ networking events, including the International two-day conference CIO CITY. We also presented ‘The European CIO of the Year Award‘. The national selection for the ‘European CIO of the Year’ 2013 is in process within our international Community.

We have also co-published three well-received studies, as well as the semi-yearly CIONET Magazine. We are pleased to announce that the new issue of the Magazine, ‘The next CIO’, is being distributed to all our members and partners, and is available for download here.

We also enjoyed welcoming two new countries, Luxembourg and Portugal, to the growing CIONET Community! We are looking forward to a new exciting year, new members, new partners, new insights, new projects and new achievements.
